By using our website or requesting or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. A quote request or website form submission does not itself guarantee vehicle availability or create a confirmed reservation. Your reservation is confirmed when we provide an express confirmation.

2. Quotes and reservations

Please provide accurate contact, passenger, pickup, destination, timing, flight, luggage, and other relevant details. We may need additional information to determine the appropriate vehicle and service. Vehicle availability, vehicle type, routing, and pricing are subject to confirmation. Photographs on the website illustrate vehicle categories and may not depict the exact vehicle assigned to a trip.

Let us know promptly if your itinerary changes. Requests for additional stops, time, passengers, luggage capacity, or a different vehicle may change the quoted price or availability. The booking confirmation should be checked for any trip-specific conditions.

3. Pickup and passenger responsibilities

Please be ready at the agreed pickup time and use the contact details provided in your confirmation if you cannot locate your chauffeur. You are responsible for giving accurate travel details and ensuring that all passengers follow applicable laws and reasonable vehicle safety instructions. Children must use legally required child restraints; request any needed arrangements before the trip. Smoking and unlawful activity are prohibited in vehicles. You may be responsible for documented damage or extraordinary cleaning caused during your ride, as permitted by law and any disclosed booking terms.

Flight tracking or estimated arrival times do not replace your duty to notify us of a changed flight number, missed connection, or material itinerary change.

4. Rates, payment, cancellations, and changes

Your quote or booking confirmation identifies the applicable rate and any disclosed charges, such as tolls, parking, extra stops, waiting time, gratuity, taxes, or other trip-specific fees. Payment timing and methods will be provided during booking. Please review the confirmation before paying or traveling.

Any cancellation or rescheduling deadline, refund condition, no-show charge, or deposit requirement must be stated in your quote, confirmation, or other booking-specific terms before it applies. Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel a reservation. Changes remain subject to availability and any conditions disclosed for that reservation.
